Woman's day and the denial we face

It's march 8th "Woman Day" the thing that makes it special is all woman get a holiday but I am surprised to see when the whole world is demanding equality why this special treatment that too just for a day. Isn't this a denial of making a woman feel special just for a day?

Perhaps, its  a recognition for woman in our lives to make them feel special  of who they are and what they have been doing ?

Living in the third world country when I see few of the post written and posted by the woman activists in #socialmedia  it really surprises me,  how are they not relating the values of woman's day?

Most of them were talking about equality, some were talking about gender biasness, some were talking about reservation and some were even talking about leadership. I was surprised no body was talking about the true core values of woman's need. Health, education, nutrition and most importantly security.

To understand my concern you have to understand the relative scenario of the third world countries or developing countries. It is completely different here from the western world. The western world practices a very flexible and open society where there is equality but the part of representation and leadership is missing . As we come from the eastern world, we are more closed and we have more complex societal values. These values greatly differentiate among practice and collides in terms of standardization and acclimatization with the western world and because of such differences I think we have the so called vacuums.

In-fact in today's practice of Woman empowerment and women leadership are more focused towards women representation and representation in leadership.
Today it has adopted as a political tool where major of the woman activists and leaders are manipulating it in the name of reservation, and personal benefits  to forecast their position and power.
How can it be valid where just due to reservation a woman leads instead of  good leadership. I think in terms of leadership it should not be a choice it should be the hard-work and capabilities that should rule the leadership candidacy not reservation.

And because of this only a handful of group of women are getting benefit where as the rest of the women have to face the same transition of wrong assumption of the leadership. Apart from that when such level of leadership rule in they fail to address the core problems.

The so called elite group of women who lead such campaigns fail to understand the real pain and deal of practice and reality of what's happening around.

For instance I think woman equality and leadership in not about giving opportunity to the women. It's about providing a background where all the women have the right for education/ health/ nutrition. They should first be independent to have a choice only after that other things matter.

I would not be happy if there are 60% women in government or leadership leading the country where as it would be hard for any woman to roam freely in the streets after 9 PM that is not women empowerment and leadership. The core values of women empowerment and leadership demands the basic rights of law and security in terms of being human and having all the values to live your life free.

Recently, there was a case about a woman being abused the police failed to registered the case. She the victim had to get support from a NGO to get her case registered. I mean to say what kind of F### reality is this. We evaluate women empowerment and leadership in terms of percent of women representation and when it comes to woman being independent she has no ground to stand this is not women empowerment or leadership this is hypocrisy.

Women independence can only be achieved by her rights and her independence and it  can be evaluated with how strong she feels in society. its her right to be who she wants to be  and how she wants to live not with the way she look or dress or talks or ...........................    

We have been in a state of denial and its happening due to big big international non governmental organization who have big donation and they need to spend their money to showcase their projects and reports. They would just do anything and everything possible to transcendent their values without understand the grassroots values of what we want or what our needs are?

The definition of women empowerment and leadership differentiates  in practice and meaning from the eastern and the western   societies. These INGOs and NGOs have been focusing the elite groups and few of the so called activists in brain washing the real core values of woman leadership and empowerment to be leadership where in reality we need freedom in-terms of education, health and nutrition.  

The Choice of women leadership and definition is of a woman, its her life and it cannot be imposed. you can give her the core values and basic rights but its her right to live how she wants and what she wants to do.....................
