Child abuser Canadian national Ernest Fenwick MacIntosh slapped with seven-year jail term by Lalitpur District Court
KATHMANDU, MAR 02: Ernest Fenwick MacIntosh, 71, who was charged with sexual assault was convicted guilty by the Lalitpur District court and has been sentenced to seven-year jail term and NRs1 million in compensation.
According to the police, " MacIntosh was arrested on December 13 on the charges of sexual assault of a diferent able boy. he had sexually assaulted the boy, who has only one arm, offering him gifts and promising medial support to have a prosthetic arm."
In 2013, an Ernest Fenwick MacIntosh had 17 child sex offence convictions in Nova Scotia rejected after the Supreme Court of Canada ruled his case took too long to go to trial.
MacIntosh was living in India in 1995 when allegations surfaced that he had sexually abused boys in Cape Breton in the 1970s.
