Every day more Nepali women are sexually and verbally
assaulted in public transportation than anywhere else. Nepal Police getting into action is a good thing, but what about the normal Nepali women
who deals with the situation every day. Are they supposed to feel safe with
this? Can the Nepal Police assure that they can help fight with sexual
harassment in public place?
So why this partiality, why is Nepal police more focused about a lawmaker and prioritizes power, status and symbol. Isn't a public service organization suppose to give priority to law and public first.
Why does normal public the tax payers and citizen come in their least priority?
Why is our system so powerless where the taxpayers are least bothered?
Are we suppose to be happy that something has happened or do we think its time things should change regardless of how these issues should be taken in consideration by Nepal police?
When will they have their relief?
Nepali Police prioritizes power, status and symbol other than
that there is no interpretation to this news. If the Nepal Police can solve the
problem in Daily Transportation system, giving priority to the issue only then
we will be able to say they are doing their job well or else it just another
propaganda.
