Woman expelled from house on charge of practising witchcraft
In Nuwakot Ashadevi Nepali Tame a 30 years old woman was abused and expelled from her house by her own family accusing her of practicing witchcraft.
According to Nepal Police, " AshaDevi of of Sundaradevi VDC-7 Tame was burnt with hot iron and was beaten up by her relatives and others. Ashadevi has burn injuries on her neck and face and bruises all over her body. She was accused of practising witchcraft by Baburam Nepali, in a case of causing the death of the babies of her sister and brother-in-laws."
