Objectification of Women in nepal

Objectification of Women is an issue that has been rarely talked  and discussed among leaders and people. It is an issue that has deep rooted in the patriarchy society and how women are globally discriminated in the true sense. Moreover, the overall concept of Objectification of Women is a tool of creating better discrimination under the shadows of various political terms of EQUALIZATION.

Giving the value of equality is different then that of having equal value.

The overall sense of equality has no restriction or limitation it certainly can be identified as a indicator of evaluation but not a variable for segmentation.

For e.g. Prioritizing women of specific sector or gender will not help create better values of equality in fact  it will increase the possibility of  various other externalities like Nepotism, Corruption, Favoritism etc. The main problem is deep rooted in the cultural values of seeing and discriminating or generalizing woman and man for a stereo type mentality and perspective. This mentality or ideology simply rules everything from attitude to attire and performance. The indicators  of such ideology effects the society in such a way that it adapts the form a culture and then tradition and everything changes.

What's going wrong in Third world country?
The foreign concept and ideologies are the main problem that focuses more towards representation and  there is lack of clarity and visualization. The Superior white mentality concept simply drags  us in every way of what we see and feel. In the developed countries the core values and the value of equality is well integrated so what they lack representation and they focus on this.

Where as in the third world there is no core values or there is no sense of equality in gender. Giving the people the option of representation without the core value of equality can be a manipulative strategy of creating chaos

The political culture of the third world country embraces the concept of  Objectification of Women in a more broad and dynamic way in view of  focusing the concept of Women empowerment and Women leadership. So what happened is they prioritize their choices and preferences in a more focused way.

In the long run or working in a democratic environment what this does is creates a vacuum of lack of identity and weakens the quality of leadership. There is certainly a need of #EQUALITY but how are we planning to achieve it within the overall manipulation of political indicator is a challenge.
Better Grassroots intervention are required with more focused strategies of awareness and capacity building needs to be integrated with better core values.

I think a right person for the job is beyond sex, gender and representation. The right person should have right values and skills. May be I am wrong but placing a wrong person in the name of representation and gender in true sense is a gender discrimination. Because the sense of discrimination comes with the terminology discrimination itself.
It's the overall concept of prioritizing the focused  growth and development which is reachable and targeted for specific group of people only.

MY VALUES for Equality -Right to Quality Education
-Right to Health
-Right to Food

In major cases  in the third world country the major challenge for gender equality and women empower is Objectification of Women. In lower economies where there is least representation, everything is managed to work.
